This week, Team Enjin will join hundreds of indie game developers from around the world at the country’s largest indie game developer conference of the year, Busan Indie Connect (BIC) Festival, from September 13-16.
Conference attendees will have the chance to receive unique, limited-edition ERC-1155 token items offered only during BIC—and will be among the first to hear an exclusive announcement from Enjin, to be revealed on stage.
About BIC
BIC is global indie game festival held annually in Busan, South Korea. It aims to bring together game developers, players, and industry heavy-hitters to network, showcase their projects, share inspiration, and boost creativity while fostering a global game developer community.
Enjin at BIC
This year, Enjin is proud to sponsor BIC and participate in the conference program. On Thursday, September 13, Enjin VP of Communications Roger Walco will present “Blockchain and Games are a Match Made in Heaven.”
This presentation will provide insight into how Enjin’s platform is transforming the blockchain gaming industry for both developers and users. In addition to providing well-knit content bound to awe the audience, Roger will also unveil an exciting announcement targeting the South Korean audience.
Keep an eye on our social media for the live stream of Roger’s presentation!

Enjin Booth & Exclusive Souvenir Giveaway
Don’t be shy, stop by and say hello at the Enjin booth! We will of course be equipped with cool ENJ swag—but that’s only the beginning. You can also participate in a special, first-of-its kind event we’ve prepared—a Korea-themed ERC-1155 collectible souvenir giveaway.
Enjin will be minting 1,000 ERC-1155 tokens featuring the mythical Korean ‘Haetae’ (a lion-unicorn) adorned with the BIC and ENJ logos—exclusively for BIC attendees.
More than just souvenirs, these items will be backed with Enjin Coin, meaning you can also melt them and retrieve the ENJ from within.
Never again to be recreated or duplicated, these limited-edition souvenirs are designed by a famous artist, so expect to receive a rare, Korean-centric tokenized piece of art!
Here’s a sneak peek:

For attendees, this provides a convenient, easily receivable souvenir that won’t take up space in their home or wallet, and which they can hold and keep with them forever.
For BIC, this will put their branding in the phones of attendees and provide the potential to generate repeat business by offering discounts to souvenir token holders that may wish to purchase tickets for future events.
How do I get a souvenir?
1. Come meet us at the Enjin booth and pick up some swag. While you’re at it, download the Enjin Wallet—the world’s most secure mobile cryptocurrency and blockchain wallet—to begin exploring the Enjin ecosystem.
2. After you download the Enjin Wallet, find one of our team members wearing a purple Enjin shirt. We will provide you a QR code, which will take you to an online form. Simply fill out and submit the required information to receive your limited-edition souvenir token item.
3. In the month of October, we will send the BIC collectibles to your wallet. This is important, because it will provide you the whole experience of receiving a collectible item in your wallet—and you will be part of an exclusive group of holders of a batch of 1,000 collectibles in existence—forever!
Did we mention that our Enjin Wallet is the first mobile cryptocurrency wallet ever to support ERC-721 and ERC-1155 token items? You can securely manage and store your collectibles safely in your pocket at all times.
This is true item ownership in action.

Simple, right?
But giving away swag and unique souvenir tokens isn’t the only fun thing we’re doing.
We’re also meeting, connecting, and building relationships with South Korean game developers and users.
In particular, this is a great opportunity for South Korean developers who are interested in utilizing Enjin’s powerful suite of blockchain tools. Please feel free to reach out to us—we’d love to discuss ways to make Enjin adoption more accessible for you.
We look forward to meeting you at BIC!
